Yeat Chicago reviews
Ricky Simley Show
I came to see Yeat who I know is a GREAT comedian because I've seen him before and enjoyed the entire show but this time much of the show was about Joe Willie and the Deuterominares(?) and it ended with them not Yeat. Although there was great talent as part of the show, that is not what I paid to see and was disappointed. The songs were great but it brought down the tempo of what the crowd was expecting and people were walking throughout the show. There should have been Christian comedians instead of singers if gospel was the concept he was going for. I love gospel music but was prepared to see a comedy show not a gospel concert.
